Belsogno Beds™ takes care to deliver your handmade bed with the same dedication we give to making it. Please read the details below so you know what to expect when your order is on its way.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to United Kingdom mainland addresses only.

• Some remote UK postcodes (for example, parts of the Scottish Highlands) may take a little longer and can carry an additional delivery charge, which we will confirm before dispatch.

• We are currently unable to deliver outside the UK mainland.

Delivery Times

Every bed is made to order, so timings can vary.

• Typical delivery period: your order arrives within 15 to 30 days of being placed.

• When you order, we will share an estimated delivery window, and we will contact you before delivery to arrange a suitable date.

Delivery Costs

• Free standard delivery on orders over £150 to UK mainland addresses.

• Orders under £150: a delivery charge of £35 applies.

• Remote UK mainland postcodes may incur an additional charge, confirmed before dispatch.

On Delivery Day

Our delivery team will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable day and provide a delivery window. We offer:

• Standard front-door delivery (included).

• Delivery to your room of choice for an additional £45.

• Removal of your old bed or mattress for an additional £45.

Important Details

• Access: Please check that doorways, hallways and stairs are large enough to move the bed into your chosen room. If access issues prevent delivery, additional charges may apply.

• Missed deliveries: Please ensure someone is available to receive your order on the agreed day. If no one is present, a redelivery fee may apply.

• Delays: We aim to deliver on time, but occasionally couriers or supply issues cause delays. If that happens, we will keep you informed.
