There is no machine shortcut for this - it is the oldest technique in the workshop and it takes the longest, which is the honest reason this bed costs what it does. The buttoning technique behind it - \u003cem\u003ecapitonné\u003c\/em\u003e - was the same one dressing the boxes at La Scala in the same century, which is a neater piece of common ground between the two halves of this brand than we usually get.
